We are but a moment's sunlight,
Harking past the storms in our soul.
Through burrows and cliffs,
Through the moors of our destiny,
We cling on, to myriad hopes.

Under dark skies and clouded lives,
We walk on, to some summer's delight.
Ever dreaming, of eternal bliss,
We are but a moment's sunlight.
